I. Delivery area
Delivery takes place with DHL Gogreen to all countries of the EU (except: Malta) as well as to Norway and Switzerland.
We do not send mailboxes.
Please make sure that your name is also on the door/on the mailbox. Otherwise DHL has Difficulties to find you.
II. Shipping costs
Germany
4.95 € including VAT per order
From a gross order value of € 50.00, delivery takes place free of charge.
Austria
€ 5.95 incl. VAT per order
From a gross order value of € 50.00, delivery takes place free of charge.
Remaining EU:
6.95 € including VAT per order
From a gross order value of € 50.00, delivery takes place free of charge.
Switzerland
CHF 6.95 per order
From a gross order value of CHF 50.00, delivery takes place free of charge.
Norway:
89.90 NOK per order
III. Note on import sales taxes and tariffs
In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, there may be additional costs that we are not responsible and that you have to bear.
This includes, for example, costs for the transmission of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import tax taxes or taxes (e.g. tariffs).

Unless specified on the respective product descriptions, the delivery times for deliveries are
- within Germany: 1-3 working days
- into the EU to the EU: 4-6 working days
- to Switzerland and Norway: 5-6 working days
2.) Information on calculating the delivery date
The deadline for delivery begins to run the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the end of the last day of the period.
If the last day of the deadline falls on a Sunday or a general holiday recognized at the delivery location, the next working day will take the place of such a day.

II. Detailed information on the individual payment options
1. Credit card
Pay conveniently by credit card. The following cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Union Pay
2. PayPal
Only a few steps to pay:
1. Choose at the "PayPal" cash register as a payment method.
2. To handle the payment, you will be forwarded to the PayPal website.
3. If you are already a customer at PayPal, you can register with your PayPal user data and arrange for payment.
If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.
4. Then you will be returned to us.
3. Klarna calculation
In collaboration with Klarna Bank (publ), Sveafen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the payment method invoice. Payment is made to Klarna.
The payment period is 30 days from sending the goods.

The use of the payment method invoice requires a positive credit check.
In this respect, we forward your data as part of the purchase and handling of the purchase contract to Klarna for the purpose of the address and credit check. Please understand that we can only offer you the number types that are permitted due to the results of the credit check.

4. EPS transfer
In cooperation with PSA Payment Services Austria GmbH, Handelskai 92, Gate 2,1200 Vienna, Austria, we offer the payment method "EPS transfer". The prerequisite is that your bank account supports payment via EPS transfer. Payment is made directly to us. As part of the payment, you will be forwarded to the safe environment of your bank and can trigger payment after registration in your online banking account.
